How my logo & brand design process works
First, you send an inquiry with basic information about your project.
I'll review your inquiry and if we're a good fit and I'm available for your project, I'll send you a more detailed questionnaire to fill out, where you can share more information about your business, your project, and your design needs.
Once I receive back your questionnaire, we'll schedule a Skype coffee meeting so we can chat and get to know each other. I may ask you additional questions I have about your business and take notes. (If we end up realizing that we’re not the right fit for this project, we’ll part our ways – no hard feelings.)
After we wrap up our call, I’ll dive deep into the questionnaire you’ve sent me and go over the points we covered in our meeting. I’ll use this to craft a custom proposal for you that outlines the project details, time-frame, and price.
When you accept the proposal, we can get moving on the scheduled time frame.
The project officially begins when we sign the written agreement of the project terms, and you pay the advance invoice (50% of the total project amount).
I'll get to work and draft sketches of your logo, which I'll then refine into more polished concepts. I'll work on these concepts until I create one final logo concept that addresses all your needs.
This process can take up to 2 weeks.
I'll present my logo proposal to you.
If everything looks great, we'll move forward with the project!
However, if you have any concerns about the proposal, we will discuss how I can understand you business even better, and create another proposal that suits your needs.
One round of revisions is included in your project quote.
Once you approve the logo design, I'll take care of the rest of the brand identity package.
Depending on the contents of the package we agreed on, this can take 1–2 weeks.
When I'm finished with the brand identity package, I'll send you my concepts so you can review and approve them.
Once you're happy with your new logo and branding, you'll pay the final project invoice.
I'll send you a download link to a ZIP file containing all the deliverables, so you can start using your logo immediately!

I needed a logo and branding for my new cafe business.
