Aries, the ram – astrological sign of the Fire element, ruled by the planet Mars.

The inspiration for this image came from a ram skull I’ve found in my grandparents’ basement when we were cleaning it up. We decided to throw it away, but not before I took photographs of it in just about every angle. I waited for the perfect opportunity to photograph the model and wanted it to be a man at first, but as it turns in the end it was easier to take a photo of myself.

I don’t believe this will be a full Zodiac series, but you never know…
